Heath Bar Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
- 2 Packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 reg. size Cold Whip
- 1-2 Heath (Skoar) candy bars)
Directions
- Heat butter and add in crushed cookies and pat into 9x13 pan for crust. Bake 15 min at 350. Beat pudding and lowfat milk together (about 2 min). Add in softened ice cream (stir ice cream into pudding - do not beat). Put ice cream mix in cooled pan. Put Cold Whip on top. Put crushed Heath bars on top. Chill overnight.
