Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone Cookies
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 quart. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 lg. carton Cold Whip
  • 3-4 Heath bars

Directions

  1. Heat butter and mix with crushed Lorna Doone cookies. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together the two pkgs. of vanilla instant pudding and lowfat milk. Add in the ice cream. Beat well. Pour over crumbs. Chill. Before serving, add in one carton Cold Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
