Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounce. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ
  • 1/3 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/4 c. honey

Directions

  1. Cream butter till fluffy. Add in sugar and vanilla and cream together. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add in flour, cinnamon, salt and baking pwdr. Stir in oats, wheat germ, nuts, coconut, honey and mix well. Add in chocolate chips. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Makes approximately 60 cookies.
