Healthy Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. each raisins, minced dates and pecans
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 3 c. PURE BRAN
- 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and put in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Yields 30.
- NOTE: After cooling, these can be put in the freezer and used as needed. 30 seconds in the microwave makes one ready to eat!
