Hazelnut Parmesan Porkchops

It might sound weird, but these were so delicious. And I'm not a pork fan.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c Italian dressing (I used Newman's Own, but you can use whatever you like)
  • 2 T Dijon Mustard
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2/3 c grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 c finely chopped hazelnuts (untoasted)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together the dressing and mustard and marinate the pork chops. Preferably overnight but at least a few hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Lightly spray a baking sheet.
  4. Combine the Parmesan, hazelnuts and salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle over each side of the pork chop.
  6. Bake 14-18 minutes (depending on thickness) until the chops are done.
  7. The cheese will get bubbly and melty and the nuts will be perfectly toasted and delicious!
