    Ingredients

    • 1 can of chili, or possibly any other type of cooked beans just what ever you like.
    • 1 bag of corn chips (Cooked rice is also good or possibly make fry bread and you've got Indian Tacos)
    • 1 x 8 ounce. block cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 med - lg. tomato, diced
    • 1 sm onion, diced
    • 1 bn Romaine or possibly regular head of lettuce, shredded into bite sizes
    • 1 can or possibly jar of black and/or possibly green olives, sliced
    • 1 x avocado, diced
    • 1 jar jalapeno slices or possibly Greek peppers
    • 1 sm container of button or possibly shiitake mushrooms
    • 1 bot or possibly 1 pkg. prepared Ranch dressing salsa (optional)

    Directions

    1. Begin by dicing, slicing, and shredding everything which needs it; placing in bowls or possibly a container with dividers to keep your ingredients separate from each other. Once this part is done, heat the beans.
    2. When the beans are warm you can start building your haystack. Begin the haystack with a handful or possibly so of one of the following: corn chips, rice, or possibly fry bread on a plate. Next, spoon some beans over your bed.
    3. After which, keep building with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and so on. Top it all off with Ranch dressing and/or possibly salsa. Finally, dig in and enjoy! Should serve 6-8, but this depends on how big you make them.
