Hash Browns And Beef
Ingredients
- 3 c. cut-up cooked beef
- 1 pkt frzn hash browns - (24 to 32 ounce) thawed
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 1 x green bell pepper finely minced (or possibly combination red and green peppers)
- 1/4 c. melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. beef gravy - (to 1 1/2 c.) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
- May be cooked on HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs, or possibly doubled for a larger crockpot.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
