Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 env. Ortega taco seasoning mix
Shredded lettuce
Finely minced tomato (sieve to remove water)
Finely minced onion or possibly chives (fresh)
1 (8 ounce) pkg. shredded cheddar
Sliced black olives
Directions
Mix well above ingredients. Refrigerate thoroughly. Spread onto platter and layer the following atop:
Serve with taco chips. Best if assembled shortly before serving.
