Hamburger Lentil Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger, browned
- 5 3/4 c. tomato juice (lg. can)
- 4 c. water
Directions
- Bring above to boil and add in: 1 c. diced carrots 1 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. minced celery 1 1/2 c. minced onion 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Bay leaf
