Hamburger Hash Brown Hotdish
Ingredients
- 8 ounce. frzn shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 minced onion
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 6 slices processed American cheese
- 1 (3 ounce.) can French fried onion rings
Directions
- Grease a 9"x13" glass pan on sides and bottom. Cover with hash browns. Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Place on top of potatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with peas. Mix soup and lowfat milk together in bowl and pour over all. Last, put on cheese slices. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Remove foil and sprinkle onion rings on top. Return to oven and turn heat off for 15 min.
