    Ingredients

    • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
    • 3/4 c. prepared pizza sauce
    • 1 x prepared pizza dough round - (14" dia)
    • 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 c. diced tomato
    • 5 ounce hamburger patty cooked, and broken into chunks
    • 3 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced scallions

    Directions

    1. Combine the Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and pizza sauce. Reserve till needed.
    2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the Tabasco pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce and top with the tomato and hamburger.
    3. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 7 min.
    4. Sprinkle scallion over pizza. Allow to cold, cut into 8 slices.
    5. This recipe yields 8 slices.
