Ham Omelet
Ingredients
- 1 x Egg mix (as in Basic French Omelet) * see note
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/8 c. Diced cooked ham
Directions
- In small, heavy skillet, heat butter. Add in ham and cook for 10 min, or possibly till ham is well browned. Add in ham to egg mix and make omelet as in "Basic French Omelet."
- Suggested Wine: A chilled dry white wine: Bordeaux graves; etc.
