Ham 'N Cheese Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 x Refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Frzn broccoli flowerets, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced

Directions

  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for*filled one-crust pie* using 9" pie pan. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, dry mustard, and pepper; set aside.
  3. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mix over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake for 40 - 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 min before serving.
  4. NOTES : Can substitute one 10-ounce. pkg. frzn minced broccoli for frzn broccoli flowerets. Can substitute any cheese of preference; Swiss suggested.
