Ham Loaf Or Ham Balls
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound grnd ham
- 2 pound grnd fresh pork
- 1 pound lean beef
- 5 1/2 pound ham loaf mix
- 3 large eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. crushed graham crackers
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Or possibly some meat markets have on hand:
- Put together all. Mix well.Makes about 50 (1/4 cup size) balls.
- Blend well. Pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly more.HINTS: Freeze raw not in sauce.
