Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Ham, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. White onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. Tomato, diced
  • 2 c. Potato, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Celery stalk
  • 10 ounce Broccoli Cheese soup
  • 10 ounce Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 c. Cheddar, grated
  • 2 x Cinnamon basil leaves Parsley, to taste

Directions

  1. Fry onion, cellery and green pepper in the butter.
  2. Place ham cubes in casserole and add in diced potatoe. Include fried onion, celery and pepper mix when ready, leaving butter residue behind.
  3. Combine condensed soup with lowfat milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Add in mix to casserole. Top with grated cheese and flavour with fresh basil leaves (cinnamon basil, if available) and minced parsley.
  4. Place in 350 oven and cook for 30 min, or possibly till potatoes are done.
