Ham, Broccoli & Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- 8 ounce. mild cheddar cheese, grated
- Fresh broccoli
- 1 dozen Large eggs
- 1 c. ham chunks
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1-2 c. fresh spinach
- Dash of seasoned salt, garlic salt & onion salt
- 2 pie crusts, 9", frzn
Directions
- Blend Large eggs, cream, spinach and salts in blender. Thaw pie crusts, hot in oven for 5 min.
- In crust, put ham, broccoli and 1/2 of the cheese. Cover with egg mix. Top with rest of cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 35 min, till lightly browned and hard to the touch. Quiche will puff up.
