Ham Barbecue Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Cooked Ham, Minced
- 1 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 x Frankfurter Rolls
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients, except the frankfurter rolls, in a 2-qt saucepan. Cook over medium heat till the mix comes to a boil, then remove from the heat and cover; chill till serving time.
- TO GRILL:Place each frankfurter roll on a 10-inch length of heavy-duty foil. Fill each roll with about 1/3 c. of the ham mix. Securely wrap each roll into a loose packet. Grill 4-inches from grey coals (medium heat). Cook for 20 min, turning often with tongs.
