  • Ham And Potato Casserole

    Ingredients

    • Ham slices, I prefer honey ham
    • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) Lowfat milk Onion rings, sliced thin Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

    Directions

    1. ***Specific amounts of ingredients were not given due to individual tastes, especially in regard to onions.
    2. Mix a small amount of lowfat milk into the concentrated soup so which the consistency is thicker than a prepared soup, but not gloppy! Spread some of this mix on the bottom of your casserole dish. Next, top with a layer of ham, then a layer of potatoes, then a layer of onions. Pour over all soup to cover. Keep layering in this fashion till all ingredients are used, making sure to end with soup mix. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are done. Serve with a salad and a nice glass of wine. Enjoy.
