Ingredients

  • 1 can (15-ounce) Green Giant Black Beans, liquid removed, rinsed
  • 1 can (11-ounce) condensed black bean soup
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 5 ounce Diced cooked ham (1 c.)

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat till warm. If you like, top soup with lowfat sour cream and salsa.
