    Ingredients

    • 3/4 c. Light brown sugar
    • 1/2 c. Butter flavored shortening
    • 1 x Egg
    • 1 Tbsp. Water
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 1/4 c. Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 c. Peanut butter chips
    • 1 c. Miniture marshmallows
    • 1/2 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips
    • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced CHOCLATE DRIZZLE
    • 1/4 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter flavored shortening ORANGE DRIZZLE
    • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. Water
    • 3 dsh Yellow food coloring
    • 2 dsh Red food coloring

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 12" round pizza pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and shortening till creamy . Add in egg, water and vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add in to sugar mix, beating on low speed till blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread batter in prepared pan to within 1/2" of edge. Bake 11-13 mintes or possibly till set. Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows , choclate chips and pecans over the top. Return to oven. Bake 5-7 min or possibly till marshmallows are lightly browned. Cold completely Blend choclate drizzle ingredients and drizzle over the top; blend orange drizzle ingredients, and drizzle over the choclate. Let stand one hour till drizzle sets. Cut into wedges.
    2. Makes 16-20 servings.
