  • Ground Beef Stroganoff

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 large onion diced
    • 1⁄2 lb. mushrooms diced
    • 3 cloves garlic minced
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 t. Italian seasoning
    • 1 T. corn starch
    • 1 1⁄2 c. beef stock
    • 2 t. red wine vinegar
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1⁄2 lb. egg noodles cooked and drained

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until ground beef is completely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, and Italian seasoning. DO NOT DRAIN.
    2. Stir in corn starch and cook for 2-3 minutes. Slowly add beef stock and red wine vinegar. Stir, bring to a boil, and let simmer until thickened.
    3. Stir in sour cream until combined. Add noodles; mix well. Remove from heat.
