Grilled Whole Maine Lobster With Linguini

Ingredients

  • 1 x 1 1/2 pounds Maine lobster Sea salt Cracked black pepper Salt
  • 7 ounce Linguini
  • 10 ounce Sundried tomatoes
  • 1 lb Unsalted butter, Plugra if possible Salt Pepper
  • 4 ounce Fish stock

Directions

  1. Take lobster and cut in half with head on. Remove stomach and put on the grill shell side down. Season with salt and pepper. Cook about 5 min and turn lobster on the flesh side. Cook about 4 min and remove.
  2. FRESH LINGUINI:Add in salt to large pot of boiling water, and then add in linguini. Cook till tender. It is very important to avoid overcooking. Remove linguini from warm water and refresh in ice water.
  3. SUNDRIED TOMATO SAUCE:Cut butter into cubes and add in to food processor. Add in sundried tomatoes and blend till smooth. Add in fish stock to butter mix in a saucepan and whisk. Add in salt and pepper.
  4. Yield: 1 serving
