  • Grilled Turkey Burgers

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb grnd turkey
    • 1 sm onion (1/4 c.) finely minced
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    • 4 x hamburger buns split and toasted

    Directions

    1. Heat coals or possibly gas grill. Mix turkey, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape mix into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 min, turning once, till no longer pink in center. Mix mustard and horseradish sauce. Serve burgers on buns with mustard mix.
