Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Substitute, brown -- or possibly Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 2 x cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper -- freshly grnd
  • 4 med Chicken Breast halves without skin

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken, in a one qt casserole dish. Mix well. Rinse chicken in cool water, then pat dry with paper towels. Add in chicken to mix, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and set the marinade aside. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-warm coals or possibly 15 inches from medium-warm coals for 15 - 20 min or possibly till center is white when cut with a knife. Turn and baste frequently with reserve marinade.
