Grilled Salmon With Nectarine Red Onion Relish Recipe

- Combine first 11 ingredients and 1/8 tsp. salt in a medium bowl, and stir well. Let nectarine mix stand 2 hrs. Sprinkle pepper and 1/8 tsp. salt over salmon fillets. Prepare grill. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 5 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve immediately with nectarine-red onion relish.
