Grilled Salmon With Dill And Mustard Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Mustard seeds Healthy pinch (or possibly to taste) cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 c. Minced fresh dill
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 6 x Salmon fillets (6 ounce. each, skin on or possibly 6 salmon steaks)

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard seeds, cayenne, cumin, dill, salt and lemon juice. (Can be made several hrs in advance; cover and chill.) Add in salmon to mayonnaise mix and turn to coat proportionately. On barbecue grill over medium high heat (or possibly under preheated broiler), grill salmon, skin side up, for 3 to 4 min; turn and cook for 3 to 4 min longer or possibly just till middle of salmon is opaque when pierced with small knife. Transfer to serving platter or possibly individual plates.
