Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken thighs
  • 3 spoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 spoons of Maple syrup
  • 1 spoon of Olive oil
  • 1 spoon of Balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of Salt
  • pinch of Pepper
  • FOR GLAZE:
  • 1 spoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 spoon of Maple syrup
  • 1 clove of Grated garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Mix mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt. Put chicken, massage sauce into the meat, cover and leave for at least 1 hour.
  2. Prepare glaze: mix all ingredients. We put it on the chicken before it finishes frying.
  3. Heat grill to 190 degrees Celsius, spray oil on the grill. Put chicken on the grill and fry for about 20 minutes, flip every 5 minutes.
  4. Put glaze on both sides of thighs and fry for several minutes.
  5. Serve with vegetables and rice. If you do not like spicy food, just do not put cayenne pepper. Enjoy your meal.
