Grilled Marinated Boneless Pork Chops

If you love Italian sausage you will love these pork chops .
They are marinated in fresh herbs, fennel, crushed red pepper and lots of garlic. When making the marinade I put all the ingredients in a little device called the "Magic Bullet" which is like a little mini food processor and does a fantastic job although if you don't have one just put the ingredients in a food processor.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless pork chops
  • 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary leaves only
  • 1/3 C Fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp. Fennel powder
  • 6 Cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C Olive oil

Directions

  1. Place everything except the pork chops in a food processor
  2. Pulse till everything is well combined and the garlic is minced fine
  3. Place pork chops in a ziplock bag
  4. Add marinade to the chops
  5. Let marinate for 2 -4 hours
  6. Cook for about 25- 40 minutes depending on the thickness of your chops
  7. Grill pork chops till your desired temperature . I still like them done till there's no pink and the new cooking guide lines have changed saying the temperature does not have to reach 165 degrees and pink is ok .
