Grilled Herb Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 x Round italian flatbread
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parmesan, grated
Directions
- 1. Brush top of flatbread proportionately with oil; sprinkle with green onion, parsley and top with parmesan cheese.
- 2. Place on oiled barbecue grill; grill with lid down over medium heat for 8-10 min till base is crisp and golden brown.* Watch carefully as the base can burn quickly
- 3. Cut into wedges and serve.
