- 12 1/2 lb HAM SECTIONED CURED
- 10 1/3 lb CHEESE AMER/SLICE
- 4 lb BUTTER PRINT SURE
- 400 slc BREAD SNDWICH 22OZ #51
Directions
- TEMPERATURE: 400 F. GRIDDLE
- 1. USE SLICED CHEESE AND COOKED HAM. PLACE 1 SLICE CHEESE AND 1 SLICE HAM O EACH SANDWICH.
- 2. BRUSH LIGHTLY TOP AND BOTTOM OF SANDWICHES WITH BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE.
- 3. GRILL Till SANDWICHES ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED ON EACH SIDE AND CHEESE IS MELTED.
- 4. CUT EACH SANDWICH IN HALF. SERVE Warm.
- NOTE:
- 1. IN STEP 1, 13 LB 8 Ounce ROUND TOP SLICED BREAD MAY BE USED FOR SANDWICH SLICED BREAD.
- NOTE:
- 2. OTHER TYPES OF BREAD MAY BE USED FOR SANDWICHES.
