Grilled Catfish
Ingredients
- Catfish fillets Extra virgin olive oil Freshly squeezed lemon juice Salt & freshly grnd black pepper to taste

- Now which catfish has become an "in" food, you will find it in the most elegant grill houses.
- This recipe contains nothing fancy, but putting the fish on a charcoal grill is just wonderful. Easy and quick, and very flavorful.
- Mix a bit of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and whip to the consistency of a salad dressing. Marinate the fish in this mix for 1/2 hour before grilling. Grill over charcoal for about 5 min on a side, or possibly till the fish is lightly browned and begins to flake a bit. Don't overcook.
