Ingredients

  • 1 can sm. size green peas
  • 1 sm. jar diced pimentos
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 can minced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar shredded cheese
  • Crushed crackers to top casserole

Directions

  1. Drain peas; mix with remaining ingredients. Add in cheese on top and finish with the crushed crackers. Bake only 15 min till just warm. Vegetables should be slightly crunchy, 350 degree oven.
