Ingredients

  • 1 x small lotus root, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 x green papaya, peeled and julienned
  • 1 x orange, juiced
  • 1 x Thai chili, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt (1 mL)

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the lotus root for 20 seconds.
  2. Refresh in cool water.
  3. Add in julienned papaya, orange juice, Thai chili and kosher salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let stand for 15 min before serving.
