Green Beans With Smoked Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. butter Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
- 1/4 c. smoked almonds, minced
Directions
- Steam green beans till crisp-tender. In a small saucepan, heat butter then add in salt, pepper and thyme. Place green beans in a serving dish. Pour butter over beans and sprinkle with smoked almonds.
- Chefs Notes: Not much room for improvement here.
