Green Beans With Mushrooms And Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 pkt (10-ounce) French style green beans
- 2 can (4-ounce) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Toasted, slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
Directions
- Add in beans to boiling, salted water; cook 15 min or possibly till just tender.
- Add in remaining ingredients to beans. Stir gently till thoroughly mixed.
- Keep hot over very low heat.
