Green Beans With Mushroom Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb Green beans
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt pn Baking soda Warm water
- 2 ounce Butter
- 4 ounce Mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Cream Salt and pepper to taste Minced parsley
Directions
- Wash, string and slice beans. Place them in a saucepan together with sugar, salt, soda and sufficient water to cover. Simmer gently for about 15 min.
- Drain. In a saucepan heat the butter and in it saute/fry the sliced mushrooms.
- Add in the beans and gently blend in the cream. Simmer for 2 min. Season to taste and serve garnished with minced parsley.
