Green Beans With Almond And Coconut
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 handf almonds, minced
- 1 handf shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Cook the green beans in boiling water till tender, about 4 min. Drain.
- In a dry frypan, toast the almonds till almost golden brown, then add in the coconut. Toast till fragrant.
- Add in the butter, toss with the green beans and serve.
