Green Beans In Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 c. Green Beans
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
- 1 pch Rosemary or possibly Rue
- 1/4 tsp Cummin
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts or possibly Almonds
- 1 tsp Wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Beef stock
Directions
- Steam the green beans in a little water until tender, and partially drain
- To prepare the mustard sauce, fgrind together mustard seed, rosemary (or possibly rue) and cumin. Add in to honey, finely minced nuts, vinegar, and stock. Heat the sauce, then pour it into the pan of cooked grean beans. Stir and simmer for a few min. Serve with butter and a sprinkling of pepper.
