- 1 Pkg Penne Pasta ( Al A Dente, And Cooled )
- 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes ( Cut in Half )
- 1/ 2 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 Bunch of Green Onions Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 1 English Cucumber Chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion Sliced Thin
- Green and Red Pepper Chopped
- DRESSING
- 4 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions
- Cook Penne Al a Dente...Let Cool down....
- Mix in Chopped Vegetables and Cheese with Pasta
- Mix Together Well
- Mix above Dressing. Adjust flavors to desired taste.
- Add dressing to Pasta Mixture...Mix Well and Chill
