- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- Butter for greasing
Directions
1.Combine flour, baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt, stirring well. Set aside.Place sugar, butter, and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.4.Spoon batter into a 10-inch tube pan with greased with butter.
