Grandma's Stuffed Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) can Ortega chili
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can minced olives
- 3 Large eggs, hard boiled
- 6 green onions (tops included)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. French rolls, cut in half
Directions
- Grind first 8 ingredients in a meat grinder or possibly food processor. Refrigerateovernight. Put mix on roll and bake, open face, at 325 degrees for 20 min.
