Grandma's Sour Cream Bundt Cake

- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon margarine (soft)
Directions
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- 3. Mix all remaining (wet) ingredients in a second, larger bowl.
- 4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring constantly.
- 5. Pour batter into a greased Bundt pan.
- 6. Bake for 45 minutes.
- 7. While the cake is baking, prepare the topping (see below).
- 8. After the cake has baked, sprinkle topping onto the cake while it is still warm.
- How to make Topping:
- 1. Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- 2. Add softened margarine.
- 3. Mix together until crumbly.
