Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, separated
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 20 graham crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix together the Knox gelatin and lowfat milk till gelatin is dissolved. Add in beaten egg yolks. Cook in double boiler till it coats a spoon. Remove from heat and cold. Whip 2 egg whites till stiff. Set aside. Whip 2 c. of whipping cream. Mix whipping cream, beaten egg whites and custard together. Sprinkle half graham crackers in 9"x13"x2" pan. Pour mix on top. Sprinkle rest of graham crackers on top. Refrigeratethoroughly for several hrs.
