Gnocchi With Tomato Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 gm Fresh mixed potato gnocchi
- 1 x 250 gram tub fresh tomato sauce
- 1 x 250 gram tub fresh four cheese sauce
- 1 x 50 grams pac parmesan cheese, ready grated Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
- Cook the gnocchi following the pack isntructions.
- Reheat both the tomato and cheese sauce together,Season to taste if necessary.
- Spread 2-3 Tbsp. of the sauce into the bottom of a 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) ovenproof dish. Arrange the gnocchi on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 min, till golden.
- Remove and serve immediately.
- NOTES : Deliciously simple, light potato dumplings served with a creamy cheese sauce.
