Gluten Free Tarragon Chicken
This turned out so yummy! If you want something a little more healthy - substitute the Tarragon butter for Coconut Oil and add 2 tbsp of Tarragon. Serve over a bed of Jasmine or Brown Rice. Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast - thawed and chopped.
- 4 tbsp Tarragon Butter
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 3 cloves Garlic - Minced
- 1 French Shallot - Minced
Directions
- In a medium fry pan, melt the Tarragon Butter then add the French Shallot, Garlic and Cilantro.
- When the Shallot starts to turn a golden brown then add the Lime Zest and the chopped Chicken Breast.
- Fry for approximately 5 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked - every stovetop is different).
