  • Gluten Free Tarragon Chicken

    This turned out so yummy! If you want something a little more healthy - substitute the Tarragon butter for Coconut Oil and add 2 tbsp of Tarragon. Serve over a bed of Jasmine or Brown Rice.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Chicken Breast - thawed and chopped.
    • 4 tbsp Tarragon Butter
    • 2 tbsp Cilantro
    • 1 tsp Lime Zest
    • 3 cloves Garlic - Minced
    • 1 French Shallot - Minced

    Directions

    1. In a medium fry pan, melt the Tarragon Butter then add the French Shallot, Garlic and Cilantro.
    2. When the Shallot starts to turn a golden brown then add the Lime Zest and the chopped Chicken Breast.
    3. Fry for approximately 5 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked - every stovetop is different).
