    This is a very easy pancake batter that kids can make and its gluten and dairy free!

    Ingredients

    • Cloudy apple juice
    • Gluten free Soy free SR flour
    • Cinnamon
    • Egg
    • Apple
    • "Real" Maple syrup

    Directions

    1. In a bowl add around one and a half cups of flour and slowly add apple juice mixing with a wooden spoon till you have a thick batter with no lumps.
    2. Mix in an egg( or two if you want a bit more protein).
    3. Add a pinch to a tea spoon of cinnamon into the batter and adjust with apple juice till you have the constancy required
    4. fry in a bit of butter or olive oil or both!
    5. Serve with grated Apple sprinkled with cinnamon and maple syrup
    6. Also works well with any fruit in season, peaches, pears, bananas etc
    7. Buy sugar free I mean no added sugar. There is naturally occurring sugars in the maple syrup fruit and fruit juice. (live a little;)
