Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

- 1 cup gluten free waffle mix
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/2 cup amaranth flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 large bananas, sliced
Directions
- Mix everything well and add bananas, sliced. (Eat the other half with peanut butter as an appetizer. :P)
- Spoon batter into a frying pan and cook like any old pancake until golden on both sides.
- Eat. Smile. Forget about everything that didn't get done that needed to. Sing a little Jack Johnson.
