Glorious Fresh Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 x Apples Thin Slice, Unpeeled
- 1 c. Green Grapes Or possibly Red Grapes Seedless
- 1 x Banana
- 16 ounce Canned Pineapple Chunks Liquid removed
- 1 c. Cantaloupe Cut Up
- 1 x Kiwi Fruit Peel, Sliced
- 1/4 c. Nonfat Lowfat sour cream For Dressing
- 1 c. Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 1 sm Curd, Creamed For Dressing
- 1 c. Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt For Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Honey For Dressing
- 2 tsp Lime Juice For Dressing
Directions
- To make dressing, combine lowfat sour cream, cottage cheese and yogurt. Mix well. Blend in honey and lime juice. To make salad, combine first five fruits with a little of the dressing; garnish with slices of kiwifruit. Serve remaining dressing separately.
- Makes 6 servings.
