Glazed Sweet Potatoes With Prunes
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup (or possibly honey)
- 12 pitted prunes
- 2 (17 ounce) cans sweet potatoes
Directions
- Put together butter, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring till well blended. Place prunes and sweet potatoes in baking dish. Pour butter mix over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Serves 4.
