  • Glazed Fruit Pizza

    Light, healthier dessert.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can crescent rolls
    • 1 (8 ounce.) softened cream cheese
    • 1 can Dole Tropical fruit salad or 1 can fruit cocktail or you can use combinations of fresh fruits - bananas, pineapple, strawberries, etc.

    Directions

    1. Save juice from fruit for glaze.
    2. Open crescent rolls and shape into a circle like a pizza.
    3. Place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
    4. Bake as directed on package.
    5. When done and cold, spread with softened cream cheese.
    6. Now arrange fruit around top making a circle design, alternating different fruits with each row or circle.
    7. Make a glaze with the left over juice and about 1 tsp. cornstarch cooking until thickened.
    8. Glaze top of fruit and when set serve like you would pizza.
